Our Policies

At Body Restore Studio, we make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.
In order to best serve our clients we do require 24 hrs notice for all cancelations.No call no shows and late cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee equal to that of the service booked. In the case of a package we would deduct that session from the purchased package
At this time Body Restore Studio does not offer refunds on gift certificates or package purchases as clients do receive discounts for paying in full up front. 
We kindly ask our clients to reach out if they are feeling unwell the day of their appointment.  Cancelation fees may be waved in the case of illness.
